Join ORiS and help build the future of energy in space. As a Senior Mission Analyst you will play a key role in designing and optimizing groundbreaking space missions including our ambition to deliver the first demonstration of Wireless Power Transmission between satellites in Low Earth Orbit.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of mission design orbital mechanics systems engineering and innovation while contributing to a pioneering mission aimed at demonstrating the first-ever Wireless Power Transmission between satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). Your work will help lay the foundations for future orbital energy networks and redefine how spacecraft are powered and operated in space.

What You Will Do

Design and optimize space missions trajectories and operational concepts

Support customer proposals technical reviews and mission development activities

Perform mission feasibility studies trade-off analyses and performance assessments

Develop mission scenarios and support system-level architecture decisions

Conduct orbital maneuver planning lifetime analysis coverage analysis and constellation assessments

Work closely with Systems Engineering GNC AOCS and Operations teams throughout the mission lifecycle

Contribute to the definition of innovative space solutions and future mission concepts

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in space startups commercial space companies or institutional space programs with demonstrated involvement in missions successfully launched and operated in orbit.

Strong understanding of orbital mechanics and spacecraft operations

Hands-on experience with STK GMAT Orekit FreeFlyer or equivalent mission analysis tools

Programming skills in Python MATLAB or similar languages

Fluent English (C1/C2 mandatory)

Nice to Have

Experience with ESA ASI or commercial space programs

Familiarity with ECSS standards and Systems Engineering methodologies
