- Proven experience in footwear development from concept through production
- Strong knowledge of materials construction costing and manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret design intent and translate it into scalable solutions
- Skilled in managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with CAD pattern design tools

You will lead the development of innovative materials for the Chuck Global Womens product line guiding styles through the creation process and ensuring on-time delivery with a strong focus on quality performance and consumer impact.

- Manage material development from concept through commercialization ensuring alignment with timelines and specifications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and refine prototypes and samples
- Drive scalable material solutions that balance performance sustainability cost and trend
- Review samples and advise on improvements to meet product and consumer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster innovation and quality-first thinking
- Develop and share material best practices and educational tools across teams
- Stay informed on market trends emerging technologies and consumer insights
