Job Summary
Your Role & Responsibilities
In this senior position you will play a pivotal role in driving flavour innovation across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage platforms working as part of an established team while collaborating with group entities across Europe.
Flavour Creation & Reformulation: Formulate innovative high-performance flavours and taste solutions for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage applications
Extract & Botanical Integration: Leverage deep expertise in natural extracts and raw materials to maximize taste performance profile complexity and stability.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on working experience as a Flavourist in the flavour beverage or ingredient industry.
Technical Expertise: Proven track record in natural extract technology and application development for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Education:
Languages:English: Business fluent (Mandatory)Italian: Professional working proficiency (Highly desirable / Ideal)
Mindset: Highly collaborative innovative problem-solver with exceptional sensory skills and project management capabilities in an international group setting.
