What will your role be 

We are looking for a Senior Railway Safety Engineer  to perform the following activities: 

• Updating and maintaining Hazard Analysis (HA) and Interface Hazard Analysis (IHA).
• Preparing and managing the Hazard Log ensuring proper tracking and closure of identified hazards.
• Preparing Safety Validation Reports and supporting related validation activities.
• Preparing the Specific Application Safety Case (SASC).
• Supporting Safety Assessment and Assessment activities including the preparation and resolution of comments and findings.
• Performing Railway Safety Engineering activities in accordance with project processes and applicable standards.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for in you Experience and competencies 

• Safety Analysis including HA and IHA.
• Hazard Log preparation and management.
• Safety Validation activities and related documentation.
• Safety Case preparation particularly SASC.
• Good knowledge of EN 50126 and EN 50129 standards.
• Knowledge of ACC / ACCM signalling systems.
• Knowledge of SML400 ACCM / SML400 Hybrid / SML300Z architecture.

Languages: 

• Italian (Fluent)
