Tasks & Responsibilities:

Road intern will learn how to:

• manage import/export road shipments;
• plan book and track FTL (full truckloads) and LTL (groupage) shipments in coordination with colleagues customers carriers foreign correspondents and logistics partners;
• issue and checking transport documentation (e.g. CMR delivery notes waybills);
• to monitor deliveries and handle any anomalies or complaints;
• provide support for customs activities and collaboration with the administrative team.

Qualifications:

• Skills & Competencies: Planning and organizational skills; customer focus; problem-solving; effective communication; attention to detail and accuracy; teamwork and collaboration.
• Education: High School Diploma or Degree;
• Languages: Good knowledge of English.
