We are looking for a Revenue and Pricing Manager who will report to the Finance Director of Mobility Italia and dotted line to the EMEA Pricing Director with the responsibility for maximizing revenue and profits through pricing strategies for achieving budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development Implementation Control and optimization of pricing strategy and tools;

• Definition of pricing promotions customer plans;

• Analysis and presentation of data and strategic projects;

• Responsible for the design of the calculation and pricing guidelines including regular controlling;

• Conceptual design of pricing KPIs and early warning indicators to ensure efficient controlling and meaningful reporting for target achievement;

• Support in creation of customer offers with a focus on the commercial offer and closely supporting daily operations as point of contact;

• Performance trend and formulation of improvement proposals;

• Statistics and performance analysis;

• Monitoring of pricing of competitors and positioning;

• Analysis of markets and sales strategies;

• Trend analysis for predicting future scenarios and optimizing pricing;

• Preparation of communication to customers for pricing measures;

• Participation in the creation of the product and business unit business cases;

• Effective manager of stakeholders with excellent communication.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

You have considerable experience (5-7 years) in a similar function in structured and Best-in-class companies.

With a university degree in Economics/Business you have demonstrated:

• Data driven approach

• Strong focus on KPIs and process oriented

• Innovative mindset

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent English and advanced level of Excel (Power BI)

• RAL starting from 46.000 determined according to objective and transparent criteria including professional experience specialized technical expertise level of autonomy and responsibility required and alignment with the companys compensation and grading framework
