W Rome is looking for a Reservations Trainee eager to learn the world of reservations and guest experience in a vibrant international environment.
What youll do
- Assist in managing room reservations and guest requests.
- Support guests via email and phone.
- Collaborate with Front Office Sales and Revenue teams.
- Ensure booking details are accurate and up to date.
- Learn Marriott systems and luxury hospitality standards.
What were looking for
- Student or recent graduate in Hospitality Tourism or related fields.
- Fluent English and Italian.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and passion for guest service.
