In this position you will drive market execution and growth acrossSouth Europe acting as a strategic link betweencustomers Sales FAE and Divisions with a strong focus ondiscrete MOSFETs.

What you will be doing:

• Own regionalmarket & customer intelligence(applications trends competitors).
• Translatedivisional product strategyinto focused regional GoToMarket actions.
• Act as astrategic technicalcommercial interfacefor key customers.
• Identify and structurenew business and demand creation opportunities.
• Be theVoice of the Customer influencing product roadmaps.
• Ensure strongcrossfunctional alignmentacross Sales FAE and Divisions.
• Support opportunity prioritization pricing strategy and disciplined execution.

What you will bring along:

• Background inElectronics / Physicsor similar.
• Experience in thesemiconductor industry(ideally discrete MOSFETs).
• Exposure toautomotive and industrial customersand distribution.
• Structured proactive customeroriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and handson mentality.
• Willingness to travel mainly withinSouth Europe.
• FluentEnglish and Italian.
• Good knowledge ofSalesforce MS Office Business Objects.
