Where Youll Make a Difference
Support the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient environment Coordinate office logistics supplies and vendor relationships Manage invoices track payments and support basic finance and administrative processes Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams for billing and operational matters Organize meeting rooms events and internal activities Provide general administrative support to the team Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Act as a point of contact for employees office-related needs Support reception duties (welcoming visitors handling calls) as part of the role
What Makes You the Right Fit
Previous experience in office support administration or similar roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Proactive hands-on and solution-oriented mindset Attention to detail and reliability Ability to manage administrative and finance-related tasks (invoicing tracking) Basic knowledge of MS Office Fluency in Italian and a good level of English
