Your Contribution To Prysmians Success

We are looking for a Project Support Coordinator - Construction Installation within the Land & Jointing Installation department of the Business Unit Transmission based in HQ in Milan.

The Project Support Coordinator - Construction Installation will support the Land Coordinator in the daily business activities focusing on manning and equipment availability for the ongoing cable land HV system installation activities being carried out in international construction sites.

You will enjoy:

  • Cooperate and support the Jointing and Land Installation Operations Coordinator to ensure the proper manning and the timely installation with the best quality standards of all the accessories required by the contracts.

  • Liaise with Project Management PMO Quality and HSE to ensure all project needs are properly evaluated match with both Prysmian and Contractual expectation.

  • Attend Site visits when necessary to understand technical aspects of the job and check feasibility of solutions as well as to provide technical and logistic support.

  • Interface with clients for site execution activities.

  • Planning of activities optimizing people and equipment utilization.

  • Ensure Supervision of compliance with internal rules and procedures during the entire process including QHSE standards.

  • Work in close collaboration with Site Mangers and cable jointing supervisors appointed to land projects.

  • Supervise the preparation of method statements risk assessment and other documentation necessary to carry out the works on site.

You Are The Right Fit If You Have/Are:

  • Fluent in English and Italian.

  • Up to 2 years of experience inasite-basedconstructionrole commissioning activities or as Project Engineer.

  • Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Leadership attitude.

  • Good communication skills and relationship approach with the others internal departments.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills target orientation with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management and the others departments.

  • Strong teamwork skills results oriented
