Your Activities

• Serve as the primary client interface and manage relationships with both the client and project team.
• Successfully organize and lead meetings set agendas maintain project directories and issue meeting minutes.
• Support the development management and tracking of project budgets milestones and schedules.
• Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist the owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders.
• Support in the formation of a junior talent.

What do we ask of you

• Background in the following areas: Project Management Architecture Construction Management Project Monitoring Cost Estimating with at least 78 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Hospitality Office and Residential Developments
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related technical field preferred or comparable relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand interpret and communicate critical schedule data and present viable solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn client-specific software applications and demonstrate strong technological capability.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Experience with scheduling software.
• Proficiency and comfort using a variety of project management tools.
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to use data to support risk identification quantification response and control related to the master schedule.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent English language skills are mandatory.
• Availability for national business travel.
