Project Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications regulations authorization and company directives
• Manages the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Oversees communication on technical matters with customers consortium partners consultants and authorities.
• Drives concurrent engineering activities in collaboration with the Discipline Engineering
• Preparation and updating of spreadsheets for design and calculations
• Responsibility for defining purchase specifications for plant components according to company standards

Qualifications :

Your experiences

• Engineering degree (civil mechanical energy or environmental) and minimum 3 years experience in the energy renewables or environmental technology sector.
• Strong technical expertise in energy plant design including mechanical layouts piping sensors materials and fluid dynamics.
• Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different roles.
• Proficient in engineering tools (P&IDs AutoCAD Revit/Inventor MS Office); strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes.
• Languages: Italian (C1) English (B2); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities. Additional languages are a plus.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 55000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level skills experience and qualifications.
