This role is eligible for a $10000 sign-on bonus subject to the terms and conditions of the Companys sign-on bonus program.

Your Responsibilities as a Professional Survey & Mapper:

• Project management
• Survey Preparation
• Communicating with clients
• Mentoring staff
• Assistance with business development efforts

What were looking for:

• Experience in supervision of field crews and office technicians in the process of completing survey projects.
• 5 years of experience with surveying and mapping projects.
• Knowledgeable in preparation of boundary surveys ALTA surveys design surveys construction staking platting and title commitments.
• Project management skills for scheduling completion of projects and communicating with clients are preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team. Field experience a plus with the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• A successful candidate will be flexible and willing to work on a variety of projects.
• An active Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license is required or the ability to obtain a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license.
• A valid Florida drivers license and an excellent driving record are required.
• Sponsorship not available now or in the future.
