Job Summary
This is a central role within the organisation requiring strong analytical skills structured thinking and the ability to collaborate across several technical and business units in Rome.
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for selected PNO Digital software tools.
Gather analyse and translate business requirements into structured user stories and specifications.
Prioritise the backlog based on data business value user impact and technical feasibility.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
Collaborate closely with technical project managers to design and validate solutions.
Monitor product performance usage metrics and user feedback to drive improvements.
Coordinate rollouts documentation onboarding and internal adoption initiatives.
Identify risks dependencies and constraints to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in digital or software environments.
Degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Statistics or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical mindset and highly structured approach to problem solving.
Solid understanding of software development processes APIs integrations and UX principles.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
Experience using Agile methods and tools (Jira Azure DevOps Trello).
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate needs into technical requirements.
Available to work 12 days per week onsite in Rome with flexibility according to team needs.
