We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the evolution of Technogym this role you will maximize the customer journey and user experience for end-users and professional users in line with the Technogym process starting from company guidelines and liaising with PMs Network Sales Specialists and all other players in the development process.

You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to a product concept and coordinating product development defining product specs and a roadmap for incremental development. You will define the product launch and incremental communication.

• Collect input by interviewing and collecting requests and feedback from customers using the product in real contexts
• Analyze competitors and structure requests from all internal players in the development process
• Coordinate the internal departments and external competencies which contribute to the creation of new product concepts
• Verify the perceived value of the proposed product concept with customers
• Define the products main behaviors and the evolution of feature development to ensure early deployment and collection of feedback from real users while maximizing profit for the company
• Define the pricing and the expected volumes of sales based on the roadmap and internal (e.g. Sales Team) and market input
• Ensure that all specifications and materials needed for development are produced by the different areas in time for the product development
• Assess and decide on trade-offs on product specs
• Ensure compliance with development time and costs
• Define the product launch plan and coordinate its execution with the Communication Marketing and other Departments
• Prepare the most effective communication material to present the new incremental features to the sales team and customers

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

• Degree in Marketing Engineering or Economics
• 8 years experience in Product Marketing
• 8 years experience in Product Project Management
• 5 years experience in Connected and integrated ecosystem Products/Services (Apps wearables Connected Equipment)
• 5 years experience in Sport Performance Wearable Devices Indoor training products.
• In-depth knowledge of User Experience and Market Research
• Strong Ability in Product/Services presentation
• Willing to travel annually (30% of your time)
• English C1
• Role-related understanding of Cyber risk information security & cybersecurity topics
