Job Summary
We are looking for a Test Engineer to support the development of our wide bandgap power semiconductor products In this role you will define and deliver test and characterisation strategies ensuring products meet performance quality and reliability targets from development through to production.
Define and execute final test and characterisation plans
Support prototype validation and transfer to manufacturing
Analyse test data and optimise limits and methodologies
Perform device characterisation (electrical thermal dynamic)
Contribute to product development and failure analysis
Work closely with R&D Quality and Operations teams
Drive continuous improvement in testing and data analysis
Knowledge of power semiconductors (Si SiC GaN)
Experience with test systems and lab measurements
Understanding of device characterisation and data analysis
Background in power electronics (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative and team-oriented
Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
Good communication skills
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
5 years experience in testing or characterisation
Experience with power devices or wide bandgap technologies is a plus
