We areseekinga skilled and experiencedSenior Civil & Structural Design Engineerto join our team and play a key role in the development of plant facilities and modularized solutions for energy applications. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to technically challenging and innovative projects supporting the energy transition through efficient safe and industrialized design approaches.

As part of a dynamic engineering environment you will be involved in the design of both structural systems and civil works associated with industrialplants includingstructures buildingsfoundations underground networks drainage systems roadways and sitesupport. You will contribute to solutions that are integral to our plant layouts with a strong focus on modularization constructability and lifecycle performance.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across all design aspects manufacturing processes and customer requirements. This collaboration will help deliver technical solutions that are robust compliant and fully aligned with project specifications execution strategies and operational needs.

The role requires a proactive engineering mindset with the ability to bridge concept development and application. You will act as a technical reference point within the civil and structural discipline contributing to project success through sound engineering judgment effective communication and strong interface management across internal teams and external stakeholders.

In this role you willbe responsible for:

• Design analyze and verify structural systems to ensure integrity safety and compliance with relevant standards

• Develop engineering solutions for steel modules platforms structural steel frameworks concrete foundations and general civil works

• Create andmaintainaccuratedesign documentation including engineering specifications bills of materials and design change requests.

• Conduct design reviews andparticipatein continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of construction plant equipment.

• Interface directly with customers to understand technical requirements present design solutions and support project execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams tooptimizedesigns for manufacturability cost and performance

• Participate in product development programs and continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing engineersand clientsduring theerection/plant installationphase addressing design-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Collaborate withQuality teamsto develop and implementappropriate testingand inspection procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Define/propose procedures and tool customization for improving design standardization with the aimto reducecostandlead timeimplementing internal standards and knowledge.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Haveabachelors degree in Civilor Structural Engineering or a related field.

• Have proven experienceasCivilDesign Engineerin complexOil&Gas/Industrial/Energysolutions plantpreferably in EPC companies.

• Haveconsolidatedexpertiseintheapplication of engineering tools for civil & structures design (ex. SAP2000 Staad Midas AnsysIdeaStaticaetc.)

• Have knowledgeonboth 3D Plant Modelling tools (ex.TEKLA AVEVA E3D) and 2D design tool (i.e.AutoCad)

• Haveknowledge of industry standards codes and regulations including API ASME AISC DNV NTCand ASCE.

• Show passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

• Hold anEU work permit

• Fluent Italian and English languageismandatory

• Show strong interpersonal communicationand leadership skills

• Have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.

• Be able to work collaboratively with other teams and departments within the organization.

• Show organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
