Job Summary
Join IQVIAs Lifecycle Safety team and lead a growing Pharmacovigilance function supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PV professional to combine people leadership client partnership and operational oversight in a highly visible role.
- Lead and develop a small Pharmacovigilance team providing coaching mentoring and day-to-day management
- Ensure delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance and medical information activities
- Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects
- Support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across PV processes
- Oversee adverse event and safety case management activities
- Contribute to quality management process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
- Support business growth through client relationship management and proposal activities
- Deliver PV training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within a CRO pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
- Previous people management experience
- Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes
- Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and lead teams in a dynamic environment
