People Operations
Support onboarding & offboarding flows Maintain employee records in our HRIS Draft employment contracts and HR documents Help monitor compliance (GDPR labor law) Be the first point of contact for HR tools & processes
Talent Acquisition
Support to manage the ATS (Factorial) Screen CVs and coordinate interviews Track recruiting KPIs and pipeline dashboards Ensure a great candidate experience end-to-end
Who were looking for
Studying or recently graduated in Economics Psychology Communications Law or similar Detail-oriented and process-driven Proactive you dont wait to be told twice Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish Portuguese or French is a big plus Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Nice to have
Experience with Factorial or similar HRIS/ATS tools Background in HR recruiting or organizational psychology Basic knowledge of Italian labor law Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT Claude Notion AI)
