Thanks to its widespread network it is active throughout Italy through 15 Operations Centres and over 1500 collaborators. The companys mission is to take care and treat patients at home with expertise ethics and devotion developing services increasingly closer to the patients needs.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• Fornirai assistenza diretta e supporto nelle attività quotidiane a persone fragili al loro domicilio (igiene personale vestizione mobilizzazione alimentazione).

• Collaborerai con léquipe multidisciplinare (infermieri fisioterapisti medici) per garantire unassistenza completa e personalizzata.

• Rileverai i bisogni del paziente e segnalerai eventuali cambiamenti al personale sanitario.

• Offrirai supporto emotivo e relazionale al paziente e ai suoi familiari.

• Contribuirai al mantenimento di un ambiente domestico sicuro e confortevole.

• Utilizzerai correttamente ausili e presidi sanitari.

• Documenterai le attività svolte secondo le procedure aziendali.

Are you a MATCH

• Attestato di Qualifica Professionale di Operatore Socio Sanitario (OSS) riconosciuto.

• Esperienza pregressa anche minima nellassistenza domiciliare o in strutture socio-sanitarie (preferibile).

• Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
