As Operations Supervisors you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans ensuring compliance with HSE Quality and Integrity standards.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support Ops Leader in GT Growth and Continuous Improvement initiatives you will be responsible for:
• Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE)acting as Person in Charge (Prepostoas . 81/08)
• Promoting a cultureof Perfect Dayand Stop Work Authority
• SupportOperations Leader in the organization oftalkson HSE issues QualityComplianceand improvement initiatives ( Concerns)
• Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles test plan drawings) and engage if necessary the relevant Support Function
• Collaborating with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity
• Making sure that the tools and equipment areavailable andproperlyusedat each workstation
• Enablingoperatorsactivities withexpertiseandfacilitatetechnical discussion withManufacturing Engineeringand Engineering Department;Ensureconsistent and effective shift-to-shift transition
• Supporting line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting ( hours InefficienciesOEEperformance OTD)

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelorsormastersdegree in engineeringorTechnical Diploma with at least 5years ofrelevantexpertise
• Fluency in Italian and English with strong oral and written communication skills and superior listening skills.
• High-energy self-motivated willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teamsboundaries.
• Availability of working in shifts and in weekends ifrequired.
• Interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others.
• HSEPerson in Charge(Prepostoas . 81/08)qualificationswillbe considered as a plus.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• EU work permit.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 36000 To 49500.

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
