• Act as the main point of contact for office operations travel arrangements daily administrative topics and payment approval processes.
• Welcome and support visitors ensuring a professional and positive office experience.
• Coordinate business travel and maintain accurate well-organised travel information.
• Prepare internal meetings and manage logistics practical arrangements and related coordination.
• Oversee office equipment furniture snacks beverages and general office supplies.
• Administer office-related contracts and services including company pool cars and mobile phones.

• At least five years of experience in office management administration or a similar operational support role.
• Italian C1 and English C1 communication skills both written and spoken.
