• Guest Experience Hero: Be the go-to person for guests during the night addressing their needs and ensuring their comfort!

• Safety Keeper: Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by following protocols and conducting regular checks!

• Administrative Ace: Manage night audit processes handle reports and keep everything organized and running smoothly!  
• Feedback Listener: Gather guest feedback during the night and share insights to help us improve our service!
