In this role youll answer customer questions by phone email and chat keep accurate records of each interaction and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Italian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
