As a strategic scientific leader you will:
- Develop and execute the Medical Affairs strategy for assigned products and disease areas ensuring alignment with local and regional priorities.
- Build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals investigators scientific societies and patient organizations.
- Translate external insights emerging evidence and unmet medical needs into actions that strengthen medical strategy and improve patient outcomes.
- Drive evidence-generation initiatives including clinical research real-world evidence programs and investigator-sponsored studies.
- Lead scientific communication medical education and publication activities ensuring the highest standards of scientific integrity and compliance.
- Partner effectively across functions and geographies to support current and future launches within the Neuroscience portfolio.
- Medical degree or other advanced scientific degree.
- Relevant experience in Medical Affairs Clinical Development or the pharmaceutical industry (5 years).
- Previous experience in Neuroscience particularly in autoimmune neurological diseases or related therapeutic areas would be a strong advantage.
- Experience supporting products at different stages of their lifecycle including launch preparation would be valuable.
- Strong understanding of clinical research evidence generation and scientific engagement.
- Strategic mindset combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a complex matrix organization.
- Fluency in English and a strong commitment to ethical leadership and patient centricity.
