Reports To: Chief Mktg Sust.&Investor Rel. Officer

As Market Intelligence you will support the Marketing function by delivering actionable market insights to drive strategic decisions and business growth. You will analyze medium-term market trends including technological competitive and macroeconomic factors impacting key markets and products. You will also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Market Intelligence tools processes and best practices strengthening the organizations ability to anticipate market evolution and identify new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor market technology and macroeconomic trends assessing and forecasting their impact on key markets and products over a 35-year horizon collaborating with regional and country sales & marketing organizations RPD Corporate Affairs
• Analyze Ariston Group market share across key markets and product categories
• Develop mid-long term market scenarios at the basis of Group strategic planning
• Report to senior Group management about market trends Ariston Group performance
• Identify evaluate and leverage external data sources to strengthen market and competitive intelligence capabilities
• Proactively continuous improvement of Group Market Intelligence methodologies tools and frameworks
• Lead the team composed by one Market Intelligence resource

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Engineering Marketing Statistics Economics or related disciplines.
• At least 5-7 years experience in Market Intelligence Market Research Product Management Strategy or similar roles ideally in an international context.
• Proven ability to define and leverage external data sources and analytical frameworks to support business decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders and working effectively in international cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluent English.

Location: Milan

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidates experience skills and the scope of the role applying objective and genderneutral criteria. As a reference for such position we offer a salary ranging between 52.000 and 77.000 . You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive program. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
