Vuoi avere un ruolo centrale nel mantenimento di processi produttivi affidabili sicuri ed efficienti Come Manutentore elettromeccanico di processo (Senior Technician Process Maintenance) sarai una figura chiave del reparto operations monitorando e ottimizzando proattivamente i nostri sistemi industriali per mantenerli sempre al massimo delle prestazioni.

Le tue principali responsabilità

• Monitorare e controllare i processi produttivi per mantenere il target dei principali KPIs; intervenire rapidamente in caso di deviazioni per garantire sicurezza qualità e continuità operativa.
• Eseguire attività di manutenzione ordinaria e preventiva sullimpianto produttivo per massimizzarne laffidabilità e ridurre al minimo i fermi impianto registrando con precisione tutte le attività secondo le procedure aziendali.
• Diagnosticare e risolvere problemi relativi ad attrezzature e processi utilizzando il metodo root-cause e implementare successive azioni correttive e di miglioramento.
• Regolare calibrare e mantenere strumenti e dispositivi di controllo (es. sensori valvole attuatori) collaborando con il team Automation quando necessario.
• Supportare il commissioning e lavviamento di nuove attrezzature e modifiche di processo dai testi allottimizzazione e allintegrazione nel processo produttivo.
• Promuovere in modo proattivo gli standard di sicurezza e qualità; partecipare ai programmi aziendali contribuendo attivamente al miglioramento continuo dellimpianto.

• La retribuzione annua lorda prevista per questa posizione è compresa tra 35.000 e 40.000 in base allesperienza e alle qualifiche del candidato.

Tu porti con te

• Diploma tecnico in meccatronica elettronica elettrotecnica automazione industriale o equivalente.
• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella manutenzione industriale preferibilmente in contesti produttivi
• Conoscenza dei processi industriali e delle principali tecnologie produttive
• Approccio proattivo al miglioramento dei processi e alla prevenzione dei guasti
• Spiccato orientamento al problem-solving attenzione ai dettagli e forte proattività nel lavoro
