Local IT Admin

This role focuses on daily operational user support workstation management and first-level infrastructure troubleshooting.

• Provide direct User Support & Help Desk (on-site and remote) for routine hardware software and connectivity issues.
• Manage track and resolve tickets through the companys ticketing platform ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
• Prepare configure (staging) and deploy new workstations (PCs laptops smartphones tablets) and peripherals (printers scanners).
• Operating Systems & Applications Troubleshooting
• Resolve common issues related to client operating systems (Windows/macOS) and productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 web browsers email clients).
• Install update and configure standard corporate applications according to company guidelines and procedures.
• First-Level Infrastructure Troubleshooting
• Perform ERP/SAP administrative tasks such as password resets user account unlocking and assignment of standard authorization profiles.

Qualifications :

• At least 5/7 years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of SAP ERP will be a plus
• Local Infrastructure management Operating System (OS) Troubleshooting knowledge
• Fluent in English language

Annual Based Salary: 30.000 - 35.000
