The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The L&D & HR Operations Support Intern role provides operational and project support to the Learning & Development and Operations area. The role contributes to the implementation of key initiatives related to skills development people management and organizational support to the business.
Every day we rise to the challenge to make a difference andhereshow theL&D and HR Operations Support Intern role will make an impact:
- Analyze Individual Development Plans to identify training needs accordingly with company strategy
- Support the creation of a Training Plan based on peoples learning needs
- Support the planning organization and coordination of training activities (classroom training digital learning webinars e-learning workshop )
- Collaborate in the management of the company training plan and training initiatives
- Coordinate with external training providers
- Assist in managing relationships with interprofessional training funds and in activities related to funded training programs
- Support the administrative and reporting activities connected to funded training initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor training activities and assist in collecting and analyzing participant feedback
- Prepare reports presentations and dashboards on training KPIs
- Provide operational support in managing the LMS platform and related training documentation
- Collaborate on internal communication activities related to learning and development initiatives
- HR Operations:
- Support HR Business Partner in managing the employee lifecycle (onboarding performance management talent management offboarding)
- Assist in updating and maintaining data within HRIS
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support communication activities for assigned employee populations
About Your Skills & Experience
For this rolewerelooking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualificationsskillsand experiences:
- A bachelors or masters degree (in progress or completed) in Psychology Education Sciences Economicsis required
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Accuracy reliability and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Proactivity curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
- Team-oriented approach and strong ethics in handling confidential information
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in digital tools (e.g. LMS HRIS people analytics)
- Familiarity with or strong interest in developing skills related to:
- Data analysis
- Process automation
- Artificial Intelligence applied to L&D and processes (e.g. learning personalization reporting)
- An advanced level of English proficiency is required for this role
- Proficiency in speaking comprehending reading and writing English is required.
