As our team continues to grow were looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior VFX Recruiter to join our HR team in Milan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who is eager to learn develop and gain hands-on experience recruiting artists and production professionals within an international creative company.

As a Junior VFX Recruiter you will support the day-to-day recruitment activities across the studio helping us attract and hire exceptional talent from around the world.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised enjoys connecting with people has excellent attention to detail and is looking to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition. An interest in the VFX animation gaming or creative industries would be a real advantage.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Milan office. As we work with colleagues and freelancers from all over the world a high level of spoken and written English is essential.

• Support the recruitment process across artistic production and technical roles.
• Post vacancies across job boards LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Review CVs portfolios and demo reels against role requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn recruitment platforms and industry networks.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist with preparing offer documentation and coordinating candidate onboarding.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Previous recruitment experience is desirable
• A degree or qualification in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Media or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using LinkedIn and online research tools.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in visual effects animation film or creative industries is highly desirable.
