Junior Housekeeping Supervisor FMX

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness presentation and guest satisfaction throughout our Five-Star Luxury Hotel.

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Inspect guest rooms and hotel areas to ensure compliance with hotel and Forbes standards.
• Supervise coach and support Room Attendants and Housepersons.
• Ensure VIP rooms and special guest requests are prepared to the highest standard.
• Coordinate with Front Office Engineering and Laundry departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and hotel procedures.

Qualifications :

• Previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping preferably within a luxury or five-star hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to lead motivate and develop team members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Guest-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts weekends and holidays.

• Gross annual salary range: 23.000 - 25.000 euro
