Junior Consultant

As a Junior Consultant you will work alongside experienced consultants and clients to tackle complex business challenges develop impactful solutions and contribute to high-profile projects across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams in analyzing business challenges and identifying growth opportunities
• Conduct market research competitive benchmarking and data analysis to generate insights
• Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and business improvement initiatives
• Prepare client-ready presentations reports and other project deliverables
• Assist in structuring and solving complex business problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Participate in client meetings workshops and interviews to gather information and support project execution
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across different seniority levels in a team-oriented environment
• Support the implementation of recommendations and track project outcomes where relevant
• Stay informed about industry developments and market trends
• Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives and firm activities

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Business Economics Engineering or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting industry or other analytical roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex challenges
• Solid quantitative capabilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams and build collaborative relationships
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus
