Junior Automation&Electrification Specialist Graduate Specialist Program (mfd)

As a Junior Automation&Electrification Specialist you will join our Automation&Electrification Business Unit.
You will be based in our headquarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).

Your teams activities will include:

• Business Strategy: Develop appropriate business models define product positioning and transfer the defined strategy to the direct and indirect sales network to achieve targets.
• Market Development: Analyze the competition identify new business opportunities and gather information directly from customers to support the proposal of innovative solutions.
• Product Management: Take responsibility for the products in your Business Area interacting with the Headquarter and supporting the sales force.
• Marketing & Performance: Plan strategic marketing activities and constantly monitor KPIs and the opportunity pipeline to ensure the success of your initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Education: Degree in Engineering
• You are a flexible person with an open mindset ready to take on new challenges and activities.
• You possess analytical skills a capacity for strategic vision and a strong customer focus.

In line with our compensation policies the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range 31.000 - 32.000 for a 40-hour work week.  

The remuneration package also includes: 

• An individual performance-related bonus
