Job Description
Were looking for an Asset Deployment Techniciantocarry out IT asset management activities for an international company basedin Turin. This positionis open forjunior candidates eager to grow in their IT career.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure and prepare IT equipment including imaging software installation and initial setup;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in company and client systems including serial numbers locations assignments purchase orders and device status;
- Coordinate the transfer labeling packaging and delivery of IT equipment between sites and to end users;
- Monitor and process service requests through the appropriate channels ensuring timely completion;
- Keep staging configuration and storage areas organized and clean;
- Help draft and update service-related procedures and work instructions and follow established procedures company policies and information security requirements.
- Basic computer skills and an interest in IT equipment;
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling devices and recording information;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory or asset management systems is a plus but not essential;
- Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided.
Language proficiency
- Italian: Excellent written and spoken proficiency
- English: Upper-intermediate written and spoken proficiency
Work conditions
Working hours: 40 working hours per week
Contract type: Fixed-term contract of 6 months initially with the aim of moving to a permanent contract
Working set-up: 100% onsite
What we offer
Salary starting with 25.000 EUR gross/year.
The final salary offer will be determined based on gender-neutral objective criteria such as but not limited to the experience and seniority level required for the role as outlined in the job description. This will be further assessed during the technical interview.
