My client is a leading European B2B group specializing in natural ingredients for the food and beverage industry.

• We develop and manufacture tailor-made natural flavours botanical extracts and natural colours serving global manufacturers across the beverageand food sectors.

• Your Role & Responsibilities
• In this senior position you will play a pivotal role in driving flavour innovation across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage platforms working as part of an established team while collaborating with group entities across Europe.
• Flavour Creation & Reformulation: Formulate innovative high-performance flavours and taste solutions for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage applications
• Extract & Botanical Integration: Leverage deep expertise in natural extracts and raw materials to maximize taste performance profile complexity and stability.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on working experience as a Flavourist in the flavour beverage or ingredient industry.
• Technical Expertise: Proven track record in natural extract technology and application development for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Education: Degree in Food Chemistry Food Science Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• Languages:
  English: Business fluent (Mandatory)
  Italian: Professional working proficiency (Highly desirable / Ideal)
• Mindset: Highly collaborative innovative problem-solver with exceptional sensory skills and project management capabilities in an international group setting.
