Job Summary

At Invelon Technologies we are looking for an Italy Business Developer based in Bergamo or the surrounding area (Italy) with experience in B2B consultative sales to join our Sales team in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retain and expand our customer portfolio in the Italian market.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in strategic sectors such as industry training culture and heritage through active prospecting.
  • Prepare commercial proposals quotations presentations and technical documentation tailored to the Italian market.
  • Manage and monitor sales opportunities through the CRM overseeing the full sales cycle key stakeholders and sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business meetings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote XR technologies through workshops demonstrations trade shows and industry events.
  • Support post-sales activities ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal support and product teams.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to adapt commercial materials to the Italian market.
  • Focus primarily on the Italian market while occasionally supporting international projects.
  • Report regularly on sales performance pipeline and business opportunities.
  • Participate in internal meetings and continuous training sessions.
  • Stay up to date with new product features and industry trends.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements in sales processes and customer experience.


Requisitos

  • Based in Italy (preferably Bergamo or Milan).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling B2B technology solutions.
  • Degree in Business Administration Engineering Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience within the industrial sector.
  • Native Italian and advanced English (C1). Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented.

Working conditions:
  • Permanent full-time contract.
  • Monday to Friday 8 hours per day.
  • Flexible working hours: standard schedule 8:30 AM 5:30 PM with 1-hour lunch break and 10-minute break. Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM.
  • Business travel expenses (meals and accommodation) fully reimbursed under an expense reimbursement policy.
  • 22 vacation days per year.
  • 32 hours of paid personal leave annually.
