What youll do
- Support customers of a digital banking service in Italian and English
- Resolve account payment and product questions clearly and accurately
- Work on-site in Lisbon with a team of colleagues
Who were looking for
- Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
- At least 1 year of experience in banking financial services or insurance
- EU passport holder so no visa needed
- Comfortable with rotating shifts including weekends
- Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site
Your schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 24/7 rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
- 2 rotating days off per week
