Il Procurement Manager avrà la responsabilità di strutturare e guidare la funzione Procurement italiana supportando sia la divisione Construction sia le attività di Property & Facility Management.
Si trattera di un ruolo decisionale di alto livello con responsabilità sulla definizione delle strategie di acquisto sul sourcing e sulla selezione dei fornitori sui tender sulla negoziazione commerciale e contrattuale e sul controllo dei costi.
Il Procurement Manager sarà inoltre responsabile di reparto con il compito di gestire guidare e formare una persona nel ruolo di Buyer un/una professionista che ricoprira un ruolo piu prettamente operativo ed esecutivo allinterno della divisione.
Nel suo ruolo il Procurement Manager lavorerà a stretto contatto con tutte le altre funzioni del business primariamente Project Management e Property Management.
Responsabilità:
- Definire e implementare la strategia Procurement per le attività italiane del Gruppo;
- Organizzare processi procedure e metodologie di acquisto per Construction Property Management & Facility Management;
- Gestire il sourcing la valutazione e la selezione di fornitori appaltatori subappaltatori e service provider;
- Guidare tender e negoziazioni commerciali per lavori materiali servizi tecnici e servizi immobiliari;
- Definire strategie di gara criteri di valutazione e raccomandazioni di aggiudicazione;
- Negoziare condizioni economiche contrattuali e di servizio;
- Collaborare con i Project Manager nella definizione dei service packages di Progetto;
- Supportare la preparazione dei tender per i progetti affidati a General Contractor;
- Gestire e sviluppare una rete qualificata di fornitori e partner;
- Monitorare prezzi condizioni di mercato performance dei fornitori e rischi contrattuali;
- Contribuire alla pianificazione dei budget e alle iniziative di controllo costi;
- Garantire coerenza tra decisioni di acquisto standard del Gruppo tempistiche di progetto e obiettivi economici;
- Coordinare e supportare il proprio riporto diretto (Buyer) nelle attività operative quotidiane di Procurement.
Requisiti:
- Solida esperienza professionale in Procurement / Purchasing nel settore Construction Real Estate o Built Environment;
- Esperienza concreta nella gestione di tender e negoziazioni per lavori materiali e servizi;
- Conoscenza dei processi di costruzione e delle principali categorie di costo di un progetto di sviluppo immobiliare;
- Esperienza nella selezione qualificazione e gestione di general contractor subcontractor e service provider;
- Capacità di analizzare offerte economiche e tecniche e formulare raccomandazioni di aggiudicazione;
- Esperienza nella negoziazione e gestione di contratti;
- Conoscenza dei principi di budgeting e cost control;
- Buona padronanza degli strumenti MS Office;
- Inglese fluente.

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading the Italian Procurement function supporting both the Construction division and the Property & Facility Management activities.
This is a senior decision-making role with responsibility for defining procurement strategies sourcing and supplier selection tendering commercial and contractual negotiations and cost control.
The Procurement Manager will also act as Head of the function with responsibility for managing guiding and developing a Buyer who will cover the more operational and execution-focused activities within the department.
In this role the Procurement Manager will work closely with all key business functions primarily Project Management and Property Management.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the procurement strategy for the Groups Italian operations;
- Establish procurement processes procedures and methodologies across Construction Property Management and Facility Management;
- Manage the sourcing assessment and selection of suppliers contractors subcontractors and service providers;
- Lead tenders and commercial negotiations for construction works materials technical services and property-related services;
- Define tender strategies evaluation criteria and award recommendations;
- Negotiate commercial contractual and service terms;
- Work with Project Managers to define project service packages;
- Support the preparation of tenders for projects awarded to General Contractors;
- Build manage and develop a qualified network of suppliers and business partners;
- Monitor pricing market conditions supplier performance and contractual risks;
- Contribute to budget planning and cost-control initiatives;
- Ensure procurement decisions are aligned with Group standards project timelines and financial objectives;
- Coordinate and support the Buyer as a direct report in day-to-day procurement activities.
Requirements:
- Solid professional experience in Procurement / Purchasing within Construction Real Estate or the wider Built Environment;
- Hands-on experience managing tenders and negotiations for construction works materials and services;
- Good understanding of construction processes and the main cost categories associated with real estate development projects;
- Experience in the selection qualification and management of General Contractors subcontractors and service providers;
- Ability to analyse technical and commercial bids and prepare award recommendations;
- Experience in contract negotiation and contract management;
- Good understanding of budgeting and cost-control principles;
- Good command of MS Office;
- Fluent English.
