Prenderai parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione del business in settori come Financial Services Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing Consumer Markets Energy & Utilities Telco & Media Pharma attraverso lefficientamento e la reingegnerizzazione dei processi interni.
Entrerai a far parte di un team in rapida ascesa dedicato al mondo del Project Management sia su framework tradizionali/waterfall che in ambito agile (Scrum/SAFe).
Prenderai parte a diversi progetti di trasformazione digitale delle aziende con cui collaboriamo dando spazio alle tue idee e fornendo il contributo innovativo che hai sempre desiderato grazie anche allaccesso alle vaste competenze del nostro brand e network internazionale.
Parteciperai a progetti di consulenza in ambito Project Management aiutando i nostri clienti principalmente nei seguenti ambiti:
Attività di governance e PMO
Gestione E2E di nuovi progetti dalla fase di setup allexecution con periodiche attività di testing e go-to-live migration strategy ecc.
Studio e presidio delle principali metodologie Agile e Waterfall
