IT Laboratory Solutions Specialist

As an IT Laboratory Support Specialistyoullplay a key role in supporting Research & Innovation (R&I) by managing essential scientific applications (especially Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) andOpenLab). You could also be asked to manage other R&I applications and act as a service owner for these solutions. These solutions help our researchers capture organize and share their data efficiently and securely.

  • Coordinating with other IT teams such as Data Infrastructure Cybersecurity other Business IT teams (Digital operations Connected research ) to deliver value to our customers

  • Delivering professional services and ensuring data quality (Ticket management inventory updates ) with respect to the SLAs in place

You will bring:

Hard skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of ELN (Revvity) Lab applications like Agilent OpenLab is a plus
• Understanding of laboratory processes and scientific data management
• Deep knowledge of applications IT components
• Workstations & Identity management tools (Active Directory Intune )
• Knowledge of IT technologies Network Hosting landscapes Cybersecurity Databases
• Experience with incident and request management using a ticketing tool (BMC Helix preferable)
• Monitoring software updates and managing changes
• Fluency in English

You will get:

• The Italian annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 46300 to 66400. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills experience qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also include bonus and/or other incentives
