Youll participate in focused training and team meetings work on projects and present your results. During your internship you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

As an Intern you will be responsible for:

  • Support the design development and continuous improvement of structured technical learning paths for Field Service personnel

  • Contribute to the delivery of hands-on and digitally enabled immersive training programs leveraging real equipment Virtual/Mixed Reality software immersive reality platforms and 3D laser-scanned environments

  • Ensure training solutions replicate real field conditionsboth physical and virtualto enhance operational readiness and problem-solving capabilities

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts instructors and cross-functional teams to maintain technical relevance and accuracy of training content

  • Promote experiential and immersive learning methodologies that accelerate competency development and practical application

  • Support initiatives to embed Quality HSE and compliance standards consistently across all training programs

  • Ensure training content reflects company procedures standards and field execution requirements

  • Contribute to reinforcing a strong safety and quality culture within all training activities

  • Align training materials with operational best practices required for successful execution at customer sites

  • Partner with HSE Quality and Operations teams to continuously improve training effectiveness and compliance alignment

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors or Masters level degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electronic Automation Robotics Programming Safety Engineering) or other STEM-related field.
  • Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
  • Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
  • Strong technical competence
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical and immersive training solutions
  • Solid understanding of safety quality and compliance principles
  • Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidates academic status and their distance from the workplace.
