We are offering an internship opportunity within GTS Upgrade Global Operations focused on the development and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) performance management processes and analytical tools. The selected candidate will support the setup of a structured and repeatable S&OP Performance Review framework aimed at monitoring business performance identifying deviations from plans and supporting data-driven decision making.

The candidate will contribute to the evaluation of forecasting performance across the business performing variance analysis between planned and actual results and supporting the implementation of key performance parallel the candidate will assist in the development of Power BI dashboards and explore opportunities to automate data extraction and reporting processes enhancing visibility and efficiency across the planning organization.

This internship will provide hands-on experience in integrated business planning performance management data analytics and business intelligence within a global industrial environment.


As an Intern you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the setup and operationalization of a structured Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Performance Review process
  • Performing variance analysis between forecasts operational plans and actual business results to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Monitoring and analyze key planning and business performance indicators
  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of business and planning performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial Operations Supply Chain Finance and Product Line organizations
  • Contributing to the preparation of management reviews and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Management Engineering Data Analytics Business Administration Economics Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Strong interest in business planning performance management and data analytics
  • Basic knowledge of forecasting planning processes or supply chain concepts is considered a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidates academic status and their distance from the workplace.
