We are looking for an intern to support the Health Safety and Environmental team in TetraPak contributing to the implementation and maintenance of the World Class Manufacturing(WCM) methodology with a focus on Safety and Health and will deal with organization and presentation to internal and external auditors. You willcooperate with several stakeholders including Production Quality and Maintenance buildingyour knowledge on how the cap is produced. This is a six-month curricular internshipposition based in Tetra Pak Closure Italy in Sezzadio (AL) Italy.
- Support daily HSE activities including incident and recurrence management
- Participating in WCM pillars and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safetyand environmental performance
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing HSE KPIs (safety compliance environmentalindicators)
- Contribute to loss analysis (incidents near misses environmental impacts) andsupport corrective/preventive actions
- Support development of HSE data collection reporting and analysis tools
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve workplace safety reduce environmentalimpact and minimize waste
- Provide administrative support to HSE
- Degree (or currently pursuing) in in Tecniche della prevenzione nellambiente e neiluoghi di lavoro or Environmental Engineering or similar
- Strong interest in Health Safety & Environment topics
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of HSE regulations
- Knowledge of ISO 45000 and ISO 14000 Management Systems or WCM principles isa plus
