Within the Pharma Services Group the Drug Product Division (DPD) is responsible for the development and commercial production of drugs improving the lives of millions of patients. Supported by significant investments strong domain expertise and an industry-leading quality system DPD is targeting strong growth and margin expansion in the coming years.
To support this ambition we are looking for an Industrial Controller to join our Finance team at one of our largest and most successful sterile injectable sites: the Monza plant (>2000 employees).
Reporting to the Sr Finance Manager you will have the following main responsibilities:
Support the sites Annual Operational Plan (AOP) and monthly Forecast processes focusing on material costs payroll/headcount and opex
Monitor and analyze the actual manufacturing costs variances (labor materials overhead) versus AOP and Forecast
Monitor and analyze monthly the labor costs variance drivers versus AOP and Forecast
Lead the annual Product Costing cycle in SAP
Monitor the inventory levels and lead the related optimization initiatives (working capital improvement)
Perform the monthly inventory obsolescence analysis
Be the finance reference for the annual physical inventory count
Support the preparation of the monthly business reviews and the discussions with site leadership team
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and lead from a finance perspective the projects linked to the related area of responsibility
Support the financial processes simplification and digitalization

Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Economics
5 years of relevant Finance experience (pharmaceutical sector is a plus)
Proven experience in controlling / FP&A within a manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of SAP Hyperion Workforce Planning tools and Microsoft Office / PowerBI
Fluency in English
Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive mindset with strong curiosity and interest in the business
