Impiegatoa Commerciale – Francese Inglese – Milano (modalità ibrida)

Location: Milan Italy (Hybrid 3 days per week in the office)

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Support Specialist to join our Milan office on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Working in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office) you will serve as the main point of contact for customers supporting administrative commercial and logistics activities to ensure the efficient management of quotations orders deliveries invoicing and customer claims.

The ideal candidate is well-organized detail-oriented able to work independently as well as collaboratively and thrives in a dynamic international environment.

• Prepare process and send customer quotations using SAP while coordinating pricing activities.
• Manage customer orders including order entry verification production follow-up and customer confirmations.
• Coordinate deliveries by validating delivery dates communicating with customers and resolving any delivery issues.
• Process and monitor invoicing payments and outstanding receivables.
• Register monitor and manage customer claims including cost validation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of orders invoices and customer correspondence.

• High school diploma or associate/bachelors degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar commercial or customer service support role.
• Fluent in French and English both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
