We are looking for an HR Specialist who is passionate about people talent development and building effective HR practices within a dynamic and international organization.

As an HR Specialist you will play a key role in supporting ORiS growth by managing core HR activities supporting talent acquisition and helping build a strong company culture. You will work closely with employees leadership and external partners to ensure effective people processes and a positive employee experience.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate in the employee lifecycle including onboarding employee support and offboarding processes.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting candidate sourcing screening interviews and offer management.
• Collaborate with HR administration activities in compliance with Italian labor regulations.
• Maintain employee records HR systems and personnel documentation.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies procedures and processes.
• Assist with payroll benefits administration and employee documentation management.
• Support performance management employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding activities and talent attraction initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and support data-driven decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Economics or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in HR roles preferably in technology companies startups engineering environments or international organizations.
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administration processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace engineering deep-tech or high-growth startup environments.
• Experience managing recruitment for technical and engineering profiles.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools.
• Experience supporting employer branding and LinkedIn recruiting activities.
• Knowledge of compensation & benefits practices.
• Experience working in multicultural and international teams.
