HR Generalist Curricular Internship (mfd)

HR department is looking for an HR Generalist intern to join a young and dynamic environment.

The role will handle:

• Recruitment: Support in drafting and publishing job postings CV screening managing initial phone calls and scheduling interviews.
• Personnel Administration: Support in attendance management document archiving and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Training and Development: Collaboration in organizing training courses and managing company growth plans.
• Employer Branding: Contribution to company brand promotion activities including channels like LinkedIn.

Ideal Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Economics Work Psychology or Law.
• Strong passion for Human Resources with excellent empathy and listening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).

Qualifications :

Education: You have to graduate in Humanties Studies Economics Languages or similar with a strong passion for a career in HR with and Training.

Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.

Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.

Soft Skills: You are careful to details and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal and good ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels. You are a great team worker.
