• Verify attendance and timekeeping data ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Manage relationships with the external Payroll Partner responsible for monthly payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Collect and analyze data across the entire HR functionMonitor key HR metrics (e.g. Turnover Absenteeism etc.)
• Transform data into clear and actionable business insights
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR information
• Serve as a point of reference for colleagues on compensation and payroll-related matters
• Support the administration of welfare and benefits programs contributing to employee well-being
• Ensure the protection of personal data in compliance with GDPR requirements
• Manage and continuously improve HR systems (e.g. Zucchetti SAP SuccessFactors)
