We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Business Partner to join our HR team supporting our Italy and France people agenda. This role will partner closely with local managers on recruiting onboarding 1:1s and operational performance management acting as a trusted point of reference for the business in both countries.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a close business partner to local managers on recruiting onboarding and day-to-day people management across Italy and France;
  • Run structured 1:1s with managers and support them on operational performance management;
  • Contribute to talent acquisition internal mobility and retention initiatives;
  • Support the rollout of group HR policies adapting them to the regulatory specificities of each market;
  • Monitor HR KPIs (turnover headcount engagement) and support reporting to the HR Lead ITAFR;
  • Be the go-to person for employees and managers on HR business partnering topics working closely with the HR Operations function for administrative and payroll-related matters;
  • Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects (e.g. training initiatives employee engagement internal surveys)

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in generalist HR roles ideally in multi-country or international environments;
  • Solid knowledge of Italian labour law; familiarity with French labour law is a plus;
  • Good written and verbal communication in English;
  • Strong relational and interpersonal skills comfortable building trust with managers and employees at all levels;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously;
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic constantly evolving organizational contexts maintaining effectiveness and proactivity in the face of change;
  • Curious and proactive approach to artificial intelligence and digital technologies with an interest in integrating them into daily work processes;
  • Pragmatic people- and business-oriented approach;
  • Sense of confidentiality and team spirit
