WHAT YOULL DO
As a DC Advanced User you will provide efficient system support to daily warehouse operations ensuring smooth execution of system processes and acting as a key link between operational teams and system administration. Your expertise will help secure operational excellence quality and efficiency across the Distribution Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting end users with daily system-related operational activities and issue resolution.
• Conducting system clean-up activities basic troubleshooting and providing feedback to system specialists.
• Training and coaching end users and team leaders on new system functionalities and process improvements.
• Supporting incident management activities including reporting and participation in operational bridge calls when required.
• Identifying and proposing opportunities to improve system processes and operational efficiency.
• Contributing to system implementations updates and project rollouts.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Logistics team working closely with warehouse operations team leaders system specialists IT partners and external stakeholders. Together you will ensure that systems support efficient inbound and outbound operations while enabling a seamless flow of goods throughout the Distribution Centre.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience in warehouse logistics or distribution centre operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and operational processes.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse flows and related system support activities.
• Experience delivering training coaching or operational support to colleagues.
• Ability to troubleshoot system-related issues and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 
This is a full-timepermanentrole. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position starts from. The final offer will be determined based on professional experience skills and specific qualifications.
